Introduction

If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cancel your Subscription and stop using the HorsePropertiesInternational.com Service. Additional operating guidelines ("Guidelines") such as the Community Guidelines (located at http://www.horsepropertiesinternational.com/guidelines/), are posted from time to time on the Site and also apply to use of the Site and the HorsePropertiesInternational.com Service, and you agree to use the Site and the HorsePropertiesInternational.com Service in accordance with the Guidelines.

1. Subscription Data.

(a) You will provide (i) accurate, current and complete information as may be prompted by any subscription forms when you subscribe to the HorsePropertiesInternational.com Service ("Subscription Data"); (ii) maintain and promptly update the Subscription Data, and other account-related information you provide to Horse Properties International (HPI), to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (iii) accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Subscription Data and other information you provide to Horse Properties International (HPI).

(b) If you have not already created an account with Horse Properties International (HPI), when you subscribe to the HorsePropertiesInternational.com Service you will be asked to create an account and choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and you agree to maintain the security of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Horse Properties International (HPI) user at any time, and agree to notify Horse Properties International (HPI) immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account. This includes, but is not limited to updating your property information, stopping/cancelling your subscription payments when/where applicable, making sure your contact information is up to date.
Any property added to the HPI web site may or may not be used in our advertising including, but not limited to, Print, HPI's own email database, Social Media (Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Stumbleupon, tumblr, Youtube, LinkedIn,and any other option on the Sharethis platform.)
User is also responsible for managing their own account, including keeping properties up to date (Sold/Active) or removing properties. Users whom choose the "Pay by Subscription" option are responsible for stopping payment when they remove their property.
