How It Works

1. Register as a Real Estate Agent or Seller, Standard User, or Advertiser

   Click on the "Advertise your Property" button, follow the prompts to fill out your Realtor Profile. Upload your photo and logo for your office to be shown on each on your properites.

   

   
   
   

2. Real Estate Agents and Sellers.. List your Properties

   Now that you've registered, you can begin posting your Horse Properties. You can choose from a basic listing $7.99 a month or a Premium (paid) property profile. Premium property listings are only $11.99 per month. Premium property listings allow you to post videos, more photos and you can also print the spec sheets for each property to hand out at Open Houses.

   

3. Advertisers-Post Banner Ads of your Business

   As a registered user, you have the option of posting your ads as a Banner Ad on multiple pages for the best visibility potential. Banner ads are intended to promote your business or product. You can purchase different sizes to best fit your needs. We can help you to design an ad if you do not already have one.

   

4. If you're a Buyer

   Please search through the site for your perfect property. Find more than one you're interested in? Register and save your searches so the next time you return, you can pull up your saved favorites before you make your final decision. You can also email your realtor with the properties that you like, or post them on Facebook. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
