NEIGHBORHOOD:
Etyek to found in Fejer county. This settlement is mostly famous for its wineries and its turism build around it. Also, there is one of Europe's best filmstudio to be found, called Korda Studios. Etyek is 26 km away from the capital, Budapest. Its infrastructure has completely rebuilt after the regime change. High standard quires and civil services are present as well besides its vivid folk art life.
THE PROPERTY:
The economic parts of the building to be found on the nearly 900 m2 land, which has been built in the 60s within a nationwide silo program. The property was developed further in `96 with a house. The silo`s ground floor has been turned into a stable, where 8 stall boxes have been developed, which can be turned into 16 if necessary. They don't have a major sewer system so they have their own closed separated waste water tank. The main house`s heating is also powered by the boiler in the silo, through floor heating as well as radiators on the first floor. Besides that, there is a propane butane wall boiler to be found in the main house, which is capable of powering both properties.
ACHIEVABLE IDEAS:
The facility is equipped for complete horse housing at the moment. The surrounding country gives an opportunity to an undisturbed horse riding experience, then the sandy pen is a great place to acquire the basics of horse riding for beginners. Also a great area to train the horses.
